System Selection

Selecting an EHR requires analyzing your organization’s needs and understanding how different EHRs meet them. Whether you are interested in acquiring a new EHR or are upgrading an existing one, consider learning from other users’ experiences, comparing services of different vendors, and following recommended procedures for contracting with a vendor. Incorporating these practices results in a selection process that offers the best match between EHR functions and your organization’s needs.
