Funded by HRSA’s Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (ORHP) and produced in conjunction with the National Association of Rural Health Clinics (NARHC), the Rural Health Clinic Technical Assistance Series provides targeted technical assistance (TA) to Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) nationwide. The goal of the Series is to connect RHC staff with timely and useful information on operational and policy issues specific to RHCs. TA is provided through a combination of educational conference calls and the use of a listserv, both of which are available free of charge. There are approximately 5 educational conference calls held each year on RHC-specific issues such as billing, compliance, etc. The calls are one hour, with 45 minutes of speaker presentation followed by 15 minutes of Question & Answer. Participants can ask questions during this 15 minute "open line" or questions can be submitted prior to the call via email. Transcripts (audio and written) and speaker presentations for previous calls held from July 2008 to present can be downloaded below. Transcripts for calls held prior to July 2008 are available upon request (see list below). Please feel free to share this information with others who might benefit from listening to this presentation.
For calls prior to July 2008, see the Conference Call Archives List. To request transcripts, contact us.
