What we do
- Serve as the HRSA legislative liaison with Congress, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and other federal agencies
- Brief members of Congress and their staff on HRSA priorities and programs
- Monitor key legislative developments and analyzes legislation that may affect HRSA
- Coordinate visits to HRSA/HRSA programs by members of Congress and their staff
- Manage technical assistance requests, correspondence, reports, and casework requests from members of Congress and their staff
