On November 10, 2021, HRSA awarded $77 million in American Rescue Plan funding to nine community-based organizations that will engage in locally-tailored efforts to build vaccine confidence and bolster COVID-19 vaccinations. These awards build on previous HRSA funding for community-based organizations to increase vaccine access for the hardest-hit and highest-risk communities.
