Notification of EEO violations
Pursuant to the Elijah E. Cummings No FEAR Act of 2020, which amends the Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation (No FEAR) Act of 2002 to strengthen federal antidiscrimination laws enforced by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and expands accountability within federal agencies, HRSA will post notification of a finding of intentionally committed discriminatory (including retaliatory) acts against employees. Notices are posted for a period of one (1) year and state that a finding of discrimination (including retaliation) has been made, including identifying the date on which the finding was made, the date of each discriminatory act, the law(s) violated, and advise employees of the rights and protections available under applicable Civil Rights laws. If an Administrative Judge’s (AJ) Order does not contain a provision for posting, then the posting is not required. HRSA will ensure that any personal or sensitive information is redacted to protect the privacy of individuals involved, as well as use internal resource for communicating to ensure all employees and relevant stakeholders are aware of the posting and final findings of discrimination.

Currently, there are no findings of discrimination (including retaliation) that have been made against HRSA. This list will be updated as appropriate, pursuant to Section 1133 of the Elijah E. Cummings Act.
