This project will fund the creation and maintenance of a user-friendly web-based platform. The platform will serve as a comprehensive and centralized repository for evidence-based interventions, best practices, tools, training and technical assistance (T/TA) products, and resources developed by Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) funded recipients, stakeholders, federal partners, and HRSA’s HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB). The site will be specifically aimed at enhancing HIV care and treatment outcomes. The audience for the website will include health care team members, recipients, subrecipients, key stakeholders, federal staff, and the general public. The content for the site will be curated by the recipient to include a variety of HIV tools, resources, and information gathered from a variety of sources such as HAB recipients, TA providers, government websites, and evidenced based research.
