In fiscal year 2024, we—through the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP)—funded nearly $365 million in grants to:
- Increase health care access
- Strengthen health networks and delivery systems
- Improve quality for Critical Access Hospitals and small rural hospitals
- Advance maternal health in rural communities
- Support substance use disorder prevention, treatment, and recovery services
