The Rural Partnership Development Meeting (RPDM) will provide an opportunity for awardees to collaborate and learn from fellow rural health care providers, educators, and stakeholders, while gaining insight and resources to sustain every phase of a health project continuum: from successful formation of a network, implementation of an evidence-based program, to program sustainability after the grant cycle.

Transportation is an important component of health in rural communities. The availability of reliable transportation impacts a person’s ability to access appropriate and well-coordinated healthcare, purchase nutritious food, and otherwise care for themselves. This session will provide information on federally available resources as well as a grantee example doing transformative work around transportation in their state. |
