HRSA-supported health centers provide affordable health care to people, regardless of their income and whether or not they have health insurance.
In addition, the following programs provide care for people with specific diseases and conditions.
- HIV/AIDS
The Ryan White Program works with cities, states, and local community-based organization to provide HIV-related services to more than half a million people each year. - Hansen's Disease/Leprosy
The National Hansen's Disease Program is the epicenter of Hansen's disease (leprosy) care, research and information in the U.S. - Radiation Exposure
The Radiation Exposure Screening & Education Program (RESEP) helps individuals who live (or lived) in areas where U.S. nuclear weapons testing occurred. - Black Lung
Black Lung Clinics provide services to active and retired coal miners with respiratory and pulmonary impairments, including diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation.
