Who can apply: Eligible applicants include domestic and foreign public or private, nonprofit entities, including institutions of higher education, and for-profit entities. Faith-based and community-based organizations, Indian Tribes, and tribal organizations are eligible to apply. If you are an applicant from a U.S. domestic organization, HRSA encourages you to form a consortium of partners to include foreign institutions with the relevant expertise, with the long-term goal of strengthening networks, ensuring sustainability, and providing in-country personnel. If you are a foreign applicant, you may include collaboration with U.S. and other foreign institutions with particular expertise in the proposed priority areas as sub-recipient consortium partners. The applicant institution must meet the eligibility requirements and assumes all legal, programmatic, and financial responsibilities under the award. Consortium participants are sub-recipients under the award. Sub-recipients are subject to all programmatic terms and conditions of the award. Depending on the type of engagement and scope of work, consortium agreements may be in the form of memorandums of understanding (MOUs), sub-awards, or contracts.

Who can apply: This competition is open to current recipients and new eligible applicants proposing to provide comprehensive primary health care and support services in outpatient settings for low income, uninsured, and underserved people with HIV in the service areas as described in Appendix B. As identified in section 2652(a)(1) of the PHS Act, the following public and non-profit private entities are eligible to apply: a) Federally-qualified health centers under section 1905(1)(2)(B) of the Social Security Act; b) Grant recipients under section 1001 of the PHS Act (regarding family planning) other than States; c) Comprehensive hemophilia diagnostic and treatment centers; d) Rural health clinics; e) Health facilities operated by or pursuant to a contract with the Indian Health Service; f) Community-based organizations, clinics, hospitals, and other health facilities that provide early intervention services to people who contracted HIV through intravenous drug use; or g) Nonprofit private entities that provide comprehensive primary care services to populations at risk of HIV, including faith-based and community-based organizations.

Who can apply: You must be a domestic public or private, nonprofit entity, as demonstrated through the submission of the Evidence of Non-profit/Public Center Status (Attachment 11), outlined in Section IV.2.vi.8 Faith-based and community-based organizations, Tribes, and tribal organizations are eligible to apply.

Who can apply: Domestic or foreign public or non-profit private entities, including schools of medicine, nursing, public health, management and public administration, and academic health centers, community based organizations, faith-based organizations, and consortia consisting of such organizations are eligible to apply.

Who can apply: Your organization must be a Health Center Program award recipient with an active H80 grant award to apply.

Who can apply: There are two categories of children’s hospitals that may be eligible for CHGME payments in FY 2022, depending on the funding appropriated to the program – “Currently Eligible Hospitals” and “Newly Qualified Hospitals.” Hospitals that are applying for the first time for the CHGME Payment Program may be hospitals that are new to the CHGME Payment Program but qualify under the “Currently Eligible Hospitals” requirements or are eligible as a “Newly Qualified Hospital.”

Who can apply: You must be a domestic public or private, nonprofit entity, as demonstrated through the submission of the Evidence of Non-profit/Public Center Status (Attachment 11), outlined in Section IV.2.vi.8 Faith-based and community-based organizations, Tribes, and tribal organizations are eligible to apply.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include domestic public, private, and non-profit organizations, including tribes and tribal organizations, faith-based and community-based organizations, and accredited domestic institutions of higher education including public or private non-profit educational entities, such as four-year colleges and universities, community colleges, technical colleges, vocational schools, Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs), and Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs) located in one of the eight states in the DRA region. Eligible entities must be located in the DRA region. The DRA region includes 252 counties and parishes located across eight states - Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, and Tennessee.
