Who can apply: Eligible applicants include domestic public or private, non-profit entities. Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are also eligible to apply.

Who can apply: Per statute, eligible applicants include: (1) a state or a political subdivision of a state; (2) a consortium of two or more states or political subdivisions of states; (3) a territory;(4) a health facility or program operated by or pursuant to a contract with or grant from the Indian Health Service; or (5) any other entity with appropriate expertise in newborn screening, as determined by the Secretary. Per 42 U.S.C. § 201, the term “state” includes, in addition to the several states, only the District of Columbia, Guam, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands. Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are also eligible to apply.

Who can apply: Only Centers of Excellence in MCH Education, Science, and Practice recipients funded under HRSA-20-042 are eligible to apply for this competitive supplement.

Who can apply: Entities eligible for funding under Parts A – D of Title XXVI of the Public Health Service Act, including public and nonprofit private entities, state and local governments; academic institutions; local health departments; nonprofit hospitals and outpatient clinics; community health centers receiving support under Section 330 of the PHS Act; faith-based and community-based organizations; and Indian Tribes or Tribal organizations with or without federal recognition.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include domestic public, private, and non-profit organizations. Domestic entities including tribes and tribal organizations, faith-based and community-based organizations, institutions of higher education, state and local governments, and hospitals are also eligible to apply.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include rural or urban nonprofit entities that will provide direct clinical services through a telehealth network. Each entity participating in the networks may be a nonprofit or for-profit entity. Faith-based, community-based organizations and tribal organizations are eligible to apply. Services must be provided to rural areas, although the applicant can be located in an urban area.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include entities eligible for funding under Parts A - D of Title XXVI of the PHS, including public and nonprofit private entities, state and local governments; academic institutions; local health departments; nonprofit hospitals and outpatient clinics; community health centers receiving support under Section 330 of the PHS Act; faith-based and community-based organizations; and Indian Tribes or Tribal organizations with or without federal recognition.

Who can apply: Under 42 U.S.C. §§ 300ff-29a and 300ff-88(11) (sections 2620 and 2689(11) of the PHS Act), a “State” – defined as all 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Republic of Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands – is eligible for RWHAP Part B supplemental funding. However, any state/territory that had an unobligated balance of more than five percent of their FY 2018 formula funds is not eligible to apply for the FY 2020 RWHAP State/Territories Part B Supplemental Grant Program.
