Who can apply: All domestic public and private, nonprofit and for-profit entities are eligible to apply. This includes, but is not limited to: faith-based and community- based organizations, federally recognized tribes and tribal organizations, state governments, and private institutions of higher education. Applicants must be located in one of the eight states in the Delta Regional Authority (DRA). Applicants must be able to serve a service area that meets the Service Area Requirements in the section below. The DRA region includes 252 counties and parishes located across eight states - Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, and Tennessee. Who can apply: Organizations eligible for AxCS funding are Health Center Program operational (H80) grant award recipients12 that partner with an NCI-designated Cancer Center.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include: (A) health professions schools, including an accredited school or program of public health, health administration, preventive medicine, or dental public health or a school providing health management programs; (B) academic health centers; (C) State or local governments, including state, local and territorial public health departments; or (D) any other appropriate public or private non-profit entity such as but not limited to: community colleges, community health centers, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), and community-based organizations, and tribal entities that train public health workers. In addition to the 50 states, eligible applicants include the District of Columbia, Guam, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau. Tribes and Tribal organizations may apply for these funds, if otherwise eligible. Foreign entities and individuals are not eligible for this HRSA award.

See 42 CFR § 51a.3(a). Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations are also eligible to apply.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include domestic public or private, non-profit entities and for-profit entities. Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are also eligible to apply. In addition to organizations in the 50 U.S. states, only organizations in the District of Columbia, Guam, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated State of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau may apply. If you are located outside the 50 states, you must still meet the eligibility requirements.

Eligible applicants include domestic public or private nonprofit entities. Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are also eligible to apply, if otherwise eligible. Applicants must provide a statement as Attachment 9, documenting justification of their eligibility and ability to carry out the scope of work of this NOFO.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants are current recipients funded under HRSA-19-049 Healthy Start Initiative: Eliminating Disparities in Perinatal Health (start date of April 1, 2019).

If funded, for-profit organizations are prohibited from earning profit from the federal award (see 45 CFR § 75.216(b)).
