Nonprofit organizations previously funded to provide services in a state or jurisdiction that did not apply for or was not approved to receive MIECHV Program funding and that received FY 2024 MIECHV Base and Matching Grant Awards are also eligible to apply in FY 2025 if the state, territory, or jurisdiction also does not apply or is not approved to receive award funding under this NCC Update.
