Who can apply: Eligible applicants include entities eligible for funding under RWHAP Parts A - D of Title XXVI of the Public Health Service (PHS) Act, including public and nonprofit private entities; state and local governments; academic institutions; local health departments; nonprofit hospitals and outpatient clinics; and community health centers receiving support under Section 330 of the PHS Act. Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are also eligible to apply.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include domestic public or private non-profit entities, institutions of higher education, and academic health science centers. Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, minority serving organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are also eligible to apply.

Who can apply: Eligible entities include public and nonprofit private entities, faith-based and community-based organizations, and Tribes and tribal organizations. Foreign entities are not eligible for this award.

Who can apply: This competition is open to current RWHAP Part D grant recipients and new, eligible applicant organizations proposing to provide RWHAP Part D family-centered care in outpatient or ambulatory care settings to low income WICY with HIV in the entire service area as described in Appendix B. As identified in section 2671 of the Public Health Service (PHS) Act, eligible applicants include public and nonprofit private entities (including a health facility operated by or pursuant to a contract with the Indian Health Service, and faith-based and Tribes/Tribal organizations) that provide family-centered care involving outpatient or ambulatory care (directly or through contracts or MOUs) for WICY with HIV. All applicants must meet the basic requirements of a RWHAP Part D Program as outlined in this NOFO and as established in section 2671 of the PHS Act. All applicants must demonstrate need based upon epidemiologic data. All applicants may only submit applications that address the entire RWHAP Part D geographic service area(s) for which they are applying to as published in Appendix B.

Who can apply: This competition is open to current recipients and new eligible applicants proposing to provide comprehensive primary health care and support services in outpatient settings for low income, uninsured, and underserved people with HIV in the service areas as described in Appendix B. As identified in section 2652(a)(1) of the PHS Act, the following public and non-profit private entities are eligible to apply: a) Federally-qualified health centers under section 1905(1)(2)(B) of the Social Security Act; b) Grant recipients under section 1001 of the PHS Act (regarding family planning) other than States; c) Comprehensive hemophilia diagnostic and treatment centers; d) Rural health clinics; e) Health facilities operated by or pursuant to a contract with the Indian Health Service; f) Community-based organizations, clinics, hospitals, and other health facilities that provide early intervention services to people who contracted HIV through intravenous drug use; or g) Nonprofit private entities that provide comprehensive primary care services to populations at risk of HIV, including faith-based and community-based organizations. Tribes and tribal organizations that meet the above criteria are eligible to apply.

Who can apply: This competition is open to current recipients and new eligible applicants proposing to provide comprehensive primary health care and support services in outpatient settings for low income, uninsured, and underserved people with HIV in the service areas as described in Appendix B.
