In 2025, HRSA announced plans to transition pre-award and award related core grants management functions from the HRSA Electronic Handbooks (EHBs) to GrantSolutions. While we are committed to moving EHBs functionality used by HRSA grantors to GrantSolutions, this will have little to no impact on HRSA grant recipients at this time. Grant recipients will continue using the EHBs for all program-specific post award activities (including the submission of prior approval requests, program-specific reports, and non-competing continuation applications) until further notice.
