Late reporting for Reporting Period 7

  • The PRF Reporting Portal is open from November 18 to December 6, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. ET for providers who have been approved to submit a late RP7 report.
  • Providers who were not approved to submit a late report must return funds to HRSA immediately. Visit the Returning Funds webpage for more details and instructions on returning funds to HRSA.

Post-Payment Notice of Reporting Requirements

HRSA published an updated PRF Distributions and American Rescue Plan (ARP) Rural Distribution Post-Payment Notice of Reporting Requirements (PDF - 137 KB) on April 22, 2024. The Notice supersedes all previous Notices of Reporting Requirements.

Key updates included:

  • The removal of Reporting Periods 8 and 9 line items to indicate the end of payment disbursements due to the Fiscal Responsibility Act
  • Updated guidance concerning the use of PRF and ARP Rural payments for lost revenues incurred within the period of availability up to June 30, 2023, the end of the quarter in which the Public Health Emergency ended
